OPNET Neuroleaning
Center

OPNET, Inc is the fulfilled dream of Rayma Ditson-Sommer, Ph.D. Many years experience went into the development of a center to further optimal performance through Vibra-Neural Integrated Technologies,. The researched program FOR (VIT)tm was established to study and develop therapies and protocols using the brain/body connections. This approach is not about “gimmicks” but the application of scientifically researched technologies based on neural-integrated findings.

The Opnet Learning Center has operated for 18 years providing programs for athletic peak performance, focused learning for attention disorders, brain plasticity training, biofeedback, neurofeedback and specialized programs for neural-emotional based behaviors.

With a disbelief in the diagnoses concerning attention deficit, the center approaches brain building and focus training to erase impulsivity, hyperactivity and focus weakness. This program is directed toward all children and adults but is particularly planned for individuals on medication for ADD/HD. The belief that this is a developmental challenge, rather than a neurological disorder prompted Dr. Ditson-Sommer to establish a specific protocol for focus/behavioral training that has been extremely successful for many years.

OPNET Inc. will continue to find the newest and most successful ways to maintain a working relationship between the brain and body to further, learning, focus, wellness and emotional stability.

The NEURO-Learning Center has developed and carried on programs for challenges in learning and performance for individuals of all ages. From 4 years to 80+ years. Success has been the outcome. for Olympic athletes to children and adults with learning disorders.

The center combines learning and performance enhancement by using multiple modalities from the latest technologies in the field of brain based learning and plasticity. Using, biofeedback, neurofeedback, rhythmic reflex training, and sensory integration training,,individuals seek to improve function and learning.to improve self-confidence.

Working with children and adults who have been labeled ADD/HD has been an “affair of the heart” for Dr. Ditson-Sommer and the Learning Center. The rise of this diagnosis is alarming as is the amount of medication given these individuals regardless of age. Somewhere the knowledge that we are all individuals and do not fit into molds has been lost by educators and others. An understanding protocol for these people has brought exciting results restoring the “souls” and regaining the stolen self-confidence.
